Dr. Ana Gonzalez serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations for Alianza Health Partners, bridging the gap between clinical strategy and operational execution across Alianza’s growing network of primary care sites and Community Care Centers. She works closely with both the CMO and COO to ensure that Alianza’s care models are implemented consistently, measurably, and sustainably.

Ana trained as a family physician and practiced community medicine in Puerto Rico before moving into clinical operations leadership. That clinical foundation shapes her approach to operations: she designs workflows around what actually happens in the exam room, not around administrative convenience. Her process improvement initiatives have reduced patient wait times, improved documentation quality, and accelerated care gap closure rates across multiple Alianza sites.

In her VP role, Ana leads a team of clinical operations managers, care coordinators, and quality improvement specialists deployed across Alianza’s network. She is the operational owner of Alianza’s care management programs—supervising the nurse care managers, social workers, and community health workers who are the human backbone of the company’s population health model.

Dr. Gonzalez is deeply committed to workforce development and has led Alianza’s initiative to partner with Puerto Rico nursing schools and medical residency programs to develop the next generation of primary care-trained clinical professionals for the island. She is a regular preceptor for family medicine residents and a mentor to emerging clinician-executives across the Puerto Rico healthcare community.
