Digital Health Product Manager – MyChron Platform

Job Description

Drive the product roadmap for MyChron, Alianza's proprietary population health and patient engagement platform, ensuring it delivers measurable clinical and operational value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for the MyChron platform in collaboration with clinical, operations, and technology leadership
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from clinical users, operations teams, and payer partners
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into clear product specifications and user stories
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and development partners
  • Lead user acceptance testing, training, and rollout of new platform features
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify adoption barriers and optimization opportunities
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on population health platform capabilities and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, CCD)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience; healthcare or health technology experience required
  • Deep understanding of population health management, care management workflows, and clinical data
  • Experience with EHR integrations, claims data, and health information exchange
  • Familiarity with HL7 FHIR, CCD/CDA, and healthcare interoperability standards
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience working with agile/scrum development teams
